...at girls who wear glasses. Recently overheard at dinner:
"I've been thinking I should get that laser surgery. You know, the one for eyes. Wearing glasses in this weather is a drag."
"Really? Huh."
"You don't sound too enthusiastic. Don't you think I'll look better?"
"Well...I suppose. It's just that..."
"Just what?
"It's just that...that, I think your glasses make you look hot."
"Hot? Seriously? You don't think I look like a librarian?"
"Well, yeah, but that's kind of the point. You're the librarian...and I'm...I'm the guy who's late returning his books."
"Ahhhh, you've been bad."
"In fact, I think I wrote in some of those books. In ink."
"Oh that's bad. Very bad. You need to be punished."
"Check!"

Challenge: Ms Fashion--what are some good glass frames for a woman with a moon face, real pale, blue eyes and wild white hair? Right now my thin blue metal wire trifocals (sigh) are falling apart and it always takes me forever to pick something out! I wish I could buy those at the drug stores for $10 and have dozens of them, but when they cost nearly $500 (and that's with cheap frames) it's hard to do. Any ideas? (the trust I put in you ;o)
Squarish/rectangular frames for round faces. Plastic, not wire...too Granny. Splurge on a designer brand; they're built to last and oh-so chic.
